Booking or walking in?

Both work. We are a true walk-in massage spa on Imperial Hwy in La Habra, so most first-time guests just stop by. Weekday afternoons are our quietest hours, and Friday or Saturday evenings are busiest. If we are full when you arrive, the wait for a private room is usually under fifteen minutes.

If you prefer to lock in a time, call 818-660-6999 ahead โ€” no booking fee, no deposit, no penalty if plans change. Either way works the same once you arrive.

Quick first-time facts: $40 for 30 min ยท $60 for 60 min ยท Open 7 days 9 AM โ€“ 10 PM ยท 151 E Imperial Hwy Suite B, La Habra, CA 90631 ยท Free parking ยท Cash and card accepted.

Arriving at Suite B

We are at 151 E Imperial Hwy, Suite B, La Habra, CA 90631. The spa sits on the north side of Imperial Hwy in a small plaza with a free private parking lot right outside our door. No meters, no garage, no walking blocks. Pull up close, lock your car, walk in.

The front door opens into a small calm lobby with seating for two or three people. You will not feel rushed or watched. Whoever is at the front desk will look up, smile, and ask how they can help. That is the start.

The check-in conversation

Check-in is short and casual. The questions you will be asked:

  1. How long would you like? 30 or 60 minutes. 60 minutes is more popular for first-timers because it gives time to fully relax.
  2. What style do you want? Swedish, deep tissue, or hot oil. Just say "I'm new and not sure" โ€” we will recommend Swedish to start.
  3. Any sore spots to focus on? Mention your shoulders, lower back, neck, or anywhere specific.
  4. Any health stuff we should know? Recent injuries, surgeries, allergies, pregnancy. We are not nosy โ€” just keeping you safe.

That is it. You will not be asked to fill out a long form. You will not be pressured into adding services. You will not be quoted a different price than what is on the wall. The whole conversation takes about 90 seconds.

Changing in private

Your therapist will guide you to a clean private room with a closing door. Inside there is a heated massage table covered with fresh sheets, soft warm lighting, calm music at low volume, and a chair or hook for your clothes and bag. There is also a place to set your phone โ€” turn it on silent.

The therapist explains briefly, then leaves while you change. Undress to your comfort level โ€” underwear on, fully covered, or without are all standard, and your therapist has zero opinion either way. Lie face-down under the sheet. They knock before re-entering, and only fold back the sheet over the area being worked on.

The single most important thing to know: you are in control of your comfort the entire time.

The session itself

For a 60 minute Swedish massage, the rough flow is:

  1. 0 โ€“ 5 min: Warm-up strokes on your back. Your body starts to settle.
  2. 5 โ€“ 25 min: Deeper work on the back, shoulders, and neck. This is where most stress lives.
  3. 25 โ€“ 35 min: Backs of legs, calves, and feet.
  4. 35 โ€“ 50 min: Flip face up. Fronts of legs, arms, hands.
  5. 50 โ€“ 60 min: Head, scalp, neck, and a final pass on the shoulders.

You will probably drift in and out of awareness. That is normal and is exactly the goal. If anything feels too firm, too light, ticklish, or uncomfortable, just say so. Your therapist will adjust immediately. They want you to leave happy.

Paying and leaving

When the session ends, your therapist tells you they are stepping out and lets you take your time getting up. Sit on the edge of the table for a minute before standing โ€” most people are slightly lightheaded after their first massage. Get dressed slowly. There is water at the front desk if you want it.

Pay at the front. Cash or major credit cards. The price is exactly what was on the wall: $40 for 30 minutes, $60 for 60 minutes. Tips are appreciated and most guests give around 15 to 20 percent in cash directly to the therapist, but tips are never required. If you do not have cash, that is fine.

Common first-time worries

Why our La Habra spot works

The location at 151 E Imperial Hwy Suite B is one of the easiest massage spas to reach in north Orange County. Imperial Hwy is one of the main east-west arteries in the area, connecting La Habra to Brea to the west and to Yorba Linda to the east. Our plaza has free private parking right outside the door, no meters, no garage fees, no walking blocks. Most guests park, walk in, and are on a heated table within five minutes.

This part of La Habra sits at a useful crossroads. From Brea, hop west on Imperial Hwy for about eight minutes via SR-57 access roads. From Fullerton, head north on SR-57 to the Imperial Hwy exit, about ten minutes total. From Whittier, take Whittier Blvd east for around twelve minutes through residential streets. From La Mirada, head south on Beach Blvd from the I-5 to Imperial Hwy, about nine minutes. Each route ends at the same free parking lot.

What makes our small spa different

Three things our regulars consistently mention as the reason they keep coming back:

More to read

If you want to dig deeper into specific topics before booking, our other guides cover almost every common question first-time and returning guests have:

For everything else, just walk in or call 818-660-6999. Our front desk is happy to answer any question before you book, with no pressure to commit to a session if you are still deciding.

Trusted across north Orange County

Our regular guests come from across La Habra and the surrounding cities every week. From Brea office workers stopping in after a long day at one of the corporate parks. From Fullerton college students and faculty looking for an honest local spot. From Whittier families and parents grabbing a quiet hour while the kids are in school. From La Mirada commuters wrapping up before the I-5 traffic kicks in. The mix of regulars is one of the things that makes the spa feel like a real local place rather than a chain.

Our reputation has been built one session at a time over years of consistent quality. We have never run a flashy promotion or paid for fake reviews. The only marketing that really works for a small local massage spa is doing the job right every time so guests want to come back and tell their friends. That is the model and it has worked because the math is simple: clean rooms, friendly therapists, honest pricing, walk-in flexibility, and the same experience every visit. Nothing else needed for it to keep working long term.

The best first massage is the one where you stop worrying within the first five minutes โ€” and we know how to make sure that happens.

Frequently Asked

What people often ask first.

How early should I arrive for my first massage?
Five to ten minutes before your session is plenty for a first visit. That gives time to use the restroom, fill out the short check-in conversation, and walk into the room without feeling rushed. If you are walking in without booking, plan on the same buffer plus a possible short wait if we are busy. Most weekday afternoons we have a private room ready immediately. Friday and Saturday evenings can have a 5 to 15 minute wait, so calling 818-660-6999 ahead is helpful when you are nervous about timing for your first visit.
Will my therapist see me undress?
No. Your therapist leaves the room while you change. They knock before re-entering and only enter once you say you are ready. During the session, you stay covered with a clean sheet the entire time. Your therapist only folds the sheet back over the specific area they are working on, then re-covers it before moving to the next area. This is called draping and it is standard at every trained massage spa in California. Your privacy and comfort are protected from the moment you walk into the private room until you leave.
Do I tip on a first massage and how much?
Tips are appreciated but never required at our La Habra spa. If you choose to tip, the standard is around 15 to 20 percent of the session price. So $8 to $10 on a 30 minute session at $40, or $12 to $15 on a 60 minute session at $60. Cash is preferred because it goes directly to your therapist. Card tips are also fine at the front desk. If you forgot cash and do not want to tip on your card, that is completely okay โ€” we want you to come back regardless of tip.
Can I bring my phone into the room?
Yes, but we strongly recommend silencing it. The whole point of the session is to disconnect from work, messages, and the outside world for an hour. Most guests put their phone on silent or do-not-disturb mode and leave it in their bag or on the chair. There is a place in every private room to set your belongings. If you are expecting an emergency call, just tell your therapist at check-in and they will pause the session if your phone rings. Most first-time guests are surprised how good a phone-free hour feels.
What should I do right after my first massage?
Take it easy. Most guests are mildly lightheaded right after their first session because their nervous system shifted into a deep relaxation state. Drink a glass of water before you drive. Skip a heavy meal in the next hour โ€” light food is better. A warm shower at home a few hours later feels great. Try to go to sleep a little earlier than usual that night because most people sleep deeper after their first massage. Avoid intense exercise for the rest of the day to let your body fully process the session.

Stressed? Stiff? Just need a minute?

You do not need an appointment. Just call, or walk in any day from 9 AM to 10 PM.
